









The SteelFusion Pavilion investigated the convergence of artificial intelligence, robotics, and augmented reality to advance the relationship between digital design and physical construction. By reimagining architecture as an information system, the project integrated data generation and processing into a coherent design-to-realisation workflow.
The fabrication process employed robotic hot-wire cutting to produce high-precision foam panels with complex, non-modular geometries. AR-guided holographic systems facilitated the bending and assembly of the steel structure, augmenting manual craftsmanship through digital orchestration. This hybrid approach balanced algorithmic optimisation with creative flexibility, offering a robust model for precision, adaptability, and sustainable innovation in contemporary architectural fabrication.
