The Raemian Greaten apartment complex is composed of three distinct districts, each developed during different periods yet unified through a consistent design language. This coherence transforms the districts into a single harmonious town. The design extends beyond the apartment blocks to include gates, security offices, sunken gardens, and retaining walls, ensuring that every element maintains uniformity.
To enhance this unity, we applied a frame design that links all three areas together, creating a seamless visual and functional flow. While embracing a common design language, each building also features unique design elements. This approach reduces the monotony often felt in uniform structures, providing a sense of individuality within the community and allowing residents to experience both a collective belonging and distinct uniqueness.
